Return Policy

Because all merchandise is custom and one-of-a-kind, every effort is made to insure you purchase the perfect garment in the perfect size.  As a result, returns are for store credit only within 15 days of delivery and all items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.  Return postage is paid by the buyer.

Customer privacy is very important to us.  Any personal information you provide to Jilly Bean is used for the sole purpose of completing your order and is only used for billing and shipping purposes.   We do not sell or trade personal information.
